Ty Cornwall brings 20 years of experience in the world of Information Technology to his role as President of Broadleaf. He is responsible for overall corporate strategy, business management, professional services, sales engineering and product management functions. Ty’s extensive work experience includes: systems support, systems engineering leadership and management, database management and project management with a focus on troubleshooting and architecture design for networking, server, and storage solutions. Ty’s broad range of knowledge includes certifications from NetApp, IBM, Cisco and Microsoft. Prior to Broadleaf, Ty worked at Data Intensity, TransAmerica and NetApp. In this leadership role, Ty commits his technical knowledge, strong work ethic and promise of excellence to each client that works with Broadleaf.
Chief Operating Officer
Chuck Mosca brings more than two decades of IT experience to the role of COO of Broadleaf. He is responsible for Broadleaf’s Managed services practice, Finance, and the sales and marketing functions at Broadleaf. Chuck’s vast experience includes working with IT leaders to develop, implement and manage virtualization, data storage, data protection, disaster recovery and networking solutions. Prior to Broadleaf, Chuck worked at Twin State, Presidio, Mosaic Technology and EMC. Chuck is a long time evangelist of Managed Services. Prior to his role as COO, Chuck was responsible for the operational aspects of Broadleaf’s Managed Services’ business. He built the practice from the ground up vetting best in class partners to provide a complete, highly valued portfolio of services for SMBs and small enterprises. Chuck has a deep understanding of what customers need from MSPs for their businesses to thrive amidst security and data loss risks in today’s complex technological environments.
Director of Marketing
Cindy leads the marketing initiatives for the Company as well as managing a number of strategic accounts. She has many years of experience in sales, marketing and finance. Cindy spent the early part of her career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York as a middle market lending officer. During this time she gained great insight into the works of the SMB marketplace. Cindy has been at Broadleaf for almost ten years first starting as an account executive and assuming greater responsibility for vendor relationships and marketing. Cindy brings a great blend of marketing knowledge and skills combined with in-depth knowledge of how to identify and respond to client requirements.
Jim advises Broadleaf on strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the business. A graduate of the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, Jim has years of experience building market-leading companies and managing large organizations. As President and Chief Operating Officer of AT&T Capital Leasing Services Jim built and managed one of the world’s largest small business commercial credit processing centers and played a key role in the Company going public and then private again. As President and COO of the Family Education Network, the largest K-12 Internet network, Jim led its rapid growth, successful segment expansions, and development of strategic partnerships. More recently, as President of Broadleaf Services, Jim led it from the startup phase to become a mature provider of data center infrastructure solutions, managed services and cloud services. Currently, Jim provides Senior Leadership Coaching and Strategy/Scaling Consulting and Advisory services to young, fast growing companies.
